Candied Pecans

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb bag of Orchard Road Pecans

1 cup sugar

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg white

1/2 tsp of salt

2 tsp water

Preheat oven to 250 degrees

Line baking sheet with parchment paper

Mix cinnamon, sugar, and salt in a Ziploc bag

Whisk the egg, vanilla, and water with a fork in a large bowl until frothy

Add the pecans to the egg white mixture and stir until they are coated

Pour the pecans into the Ziploc bag, seal, and shake until well coated

Spread them out in a single layer on the baking sheet

Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
