Prosciutto wrapped Green Beans with Goat Cheese

1 package fresh French green beans

8 thin slices prosciutto

1 (4-oz)

Goat cheese log

Girard's Champaign Salad Dressing

or any light balsamic dressing

Microwave green beans in water for 3-4 mins.

Place prosciutto slices on a flat surface.

Place 1 tablespoon goat cheese at one end of each prosciutto slice. Add 8–10 beans over goat cheese, then roll forward to create wrapped green beans.

Place wrapped green beans on platter; drizzle with dressing.
